A LITTLE OF HISTORY

MANAGIC inherited all the consulting experience from the LidBrand + Experience, born in April 1988 and idealized by its founder Antonio Roberto.

With extensive experience in the various areas of design and pioneer in Branding in Brazil, Antonio Roberto began his academic career as a professor of design and later in Branding at Mackenzie University. In 1998, he completed the first master's degree in Branding of the country, defended at FAU USP. In 2002, he launched the first MBA in Branding by Faculdades Rio Branco and has been actively participating in international events on the subject.

In 2012, LidBrand was repositioned incorporating activities linked to teaching and was renamed MANAGIC, a name created from the combination of the words "MANAGEMENT" and "MAGIC", which bring together the principles and science of management to intangible assets such as brand, creativity and innovation.

Since then, MANAGIC has been bringing the best of innovation education, design and practices used in the main educational institutions of the world, as well as solutions with great applicability in the market.
 

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

I’ve known Antonio Roberto since 2008 when he came to my office in San Francisco for an interview. He later did a technical review for the Portuguese translations of my first three books, THE BRAND GAP, ZAG, and THE DESIGNFUL COMPANY, and wrote the preface for each of them. We met again when I traveled to Rio and Sao Paolo on a lecture tour, and we’ve been in touch ever since. Roberto is one of the great advocates for branding today. He has inspired numerous students and practitioners through his tireless efforts, and I’m proud to count him among my colleagues.
